• Tracking systems are established so that the business owner can assess the progress of the organization in implementing the development plan.
• Finally, quarterly evaluations are done to review the progress the organization makes and to identify more effective ways to help the organization succeed at achieving its mission.

Our business consultants will work with you, the business owner, to establish measurements and time frames that can be used to assess the progress of the fulfillment of the objectives that have been discussed.

This depends on the services that our business consultants provide. Generally the services we offer are billed on a monthly basis, and our business consultants commit to certain time segments to either meet with you, the business owner, and/or the business team.
